I received my Masters in Physical Therapy at the University of Oklahoma in 2006. Since then, I have gained years of experience in outpatient Physical Therapy working with a variety of patients with orthopedic problems.
I believe that Physical Therapy is a truly wonderful profession that can impact the lives of others by extending a caring and guiding hand in pursuit of greater quality of life. I have enjoyed the experiences and opportunities that have shaped my career thus far, and look forward to the future.
Redbud Physical Therapy is a great place to practice my skills and influence others in a positive way. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, exercising, and taking on home improvement projects.
Kacie Rognlie, DPT
I completed my undergraduate studies at Kansas State University and received my B.S. in Human Nutrition. During those years I suffered a knee injury and underwent physical therapy. My time in PT enabled me to make a full recovery and sparked my interest in the field. Later, I attended the University of Kansas for my Doctorate of Physical Therapy. I really enjoyed my orthopedic classes and clinical rotations, and I am ready to be a lifelong student in this area.
I think people should know how PT can help them function at their best, and that they shouldn't have to face each day with pain or limitations. I enjoy helping patients on their path to recovery with a variety of functional exercises and manual techniques to restore motion. It is my goal that everyone comes away from their experience with a positive impression. Redbud is a perfect fit for me and is the kind of place I would want to come if I were to need PT. I am happy to be a part of a group that is as excited about the profession as I am.
My other hobbies include playing volleyball, running, riding bikes, camping, hiking, cooking, reading, and trying to keep up with my energetic dog.
