Our therapists take pride in being experts in our field and complete nearly 120 continuing education hours (compared to the required 40 hours) every two years, allowing us to provide you with the highest standard of care.

Darian Abram PT, DPT

Darian Abram PT, DPT
Clinic DirectorDarian Abram earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Degree from Oklahoma Health and Science Center of Tulsa. Prior to that, he earned his Bachelor degree in Exercise Physiology from Washburn University. He also played college baseball for Washburn University where he made the All-Conference team during his junior and senior season.
Darian enjoys helping people get back to the life they want to live while improving their quality of life through physical therapy. He loves building strong relationships with his patients and performing manual therapy.
In his free time, he likes playing sports, spending time with friends and family, and listening to financial podcasts.

Clinic DirectorOlivia Valentine earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Southwest Baptist University. Prior to that, Olivia obtained her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Freed-Hardeman University.
Olivia is most interested in treating balance and gait abnormalities.
In her free time, Olivia enjoys spending time with her friends and family, road-tripping, and watching football (or really any sports).

Physical Therapist AssistantTaylor was born in Fayetteville, AR and lived his first 4 years of life in Northwest Arkansas. He then moved to Carthage, Missouri where he graduated from Carthage High School. Before traveling back to Fayetteville to attend the University of Arkansas, where he gained interest in the field of physical therapy while attending school, being an active member in the Kinesiology club. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree with Pre-Professional Kinesiology.
Taylor then found an opportunity to attend the Physical Therapist Assistant program at Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College in the summer of 2017. He furthered his knowledge in the field of physical therapy in his year there and graduated with and Associates Degree in Physical Therapist Assistance in 2018.
Taylor began his professional journey at Redbud Physical Therapy in Owasso, Oklahoma in July 2018 and is excited to continue learning and growing in his profession.

Clinic DirectorAlicia was born and raised in Kiefer, Oklahoma, and moved to Skiatook in 2001. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma with her Master of Physical Therapy in 2007 and has worked in an outpatient setting ever since.
Alicia joined the Redbud Physical Therapy family in 2011 and has had the opportunity to work with various orthopedic, neurologic, and sports related injuries, as well as the pediatric population.
In her free time, Alicia enjoys spending her spare time with her family.

Abbey Carnes PT, DPT, OCS
Regional Director, Physical TherapistAbbey has been an Oklahoma Native since she was born. She graduated from Oklahoma Baptist University with a major in Exercise Science and a minor in Natural Science. While there, she played there she played college softball and was a three time Academic All-American. Following OBU, she moved to Tulsa where she graduated with honors from the University of Oklahoma Health and Science Center with her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. She has now earned her Orthopedic Clinic Specialist (OCS) certification, a specialist certification from the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties.
She began her physical therapy career in a hospital setting at a long-term acute care facilities and with home health. This gave her many valuable experiences that she finds especially useful with certain diagnoses, but she always felt like her passion with more with the orthopedic outpatient setting. She has been with Redbud and at the Coweta location since 2016 where she is the Clinic Director and Physical Therapist. She strives to create a welcoming, friendly environment and loves all of the people from the community she gets to interact with.
As a former college athlete, Abbey has an increased interest in treating sports patients and athletic groups. She is also passionate in teaching people about exercise who may have never exercised before and loves it when she can help them feel empowered to help take more control of their own health. She finds joy in helping people get back to whatever they love to do and helping them get stronger.
Abbey resides in Bixby, OK with her husband, Jonathan, their daughter Logyn, and their son Jon Grayson. She enjoys almost anything sport related or outdoors, including golfing, CrossFit, sports with her kids, slow pitch softball, running, camping, hiking, and taking her dog on walks. Abbey also enjoys volunteering at her church and time with family.

Physical Therapist AssistantFrom a small Southeastern, Kansas town, Lacy graduated from Erie High School. She attended Labette Community College where she received her Associate’s degree from the Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program.
Upon graduating, Lacy moved to Tulsa where she began her practice as a PTA in outpatient orthopedics. She has enjoyed expanding her knowledge of orthopedic rehabilitation and loves to help patients return to their hobbies and work activities.
In her spare time, Lacy enjoys running, cooking, and spending time with her family.

Clinic DirectorMissy was born and raised in Copan, Oklahoma and moved to Broken Arrow in 2005. She earned her Physical Therapy Degree in 1999 at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center.
Missy has worked in outpatient orthopedics for the majority of her career and especially enjoys treating knee and shoulder injuries. She has certifications in ASTYM and Kinesiotaping treatments.
In her free time, Missy enjoys spending time with her family and bullet journaling.

Clinic DirectorNathan graduated from Murray State College in 2018 with anAssociate’s degree in Applied Sciences- PTA, with Summa Cum Laudehonors. Upon graduation, he worked as a physical therapist assistant for5 years at Physical Therapy Central in Kingfisher, OK.
He has been an active member of the APTA and OPTA since 2017 andcurrently serves as the Oklahoma PTA Council Rep. His professionalinterests include orthopedic physical therapy, sports rehabilitation, andmanual therapy.
In his downtime, Nathan enjoys spending time outdoors cycling, fishing,fly fishing, and hiking.

Dr. Jeffrey Jackson
Jeff Jackson earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from the University of Oklahoma Tulsa Schusterman Center. Prior to that, Jeff obtained his Health and Exercise Science degree from Oral Roberts University. Jeff specializes in vestibular therapy and is most interested in treating neurological disorders and athletes. In his free time, Jeff enjoys Jiu-Jitsu, kayaking, and drawing.

Clinic DirectorJosh is an Owasso native now living in the beautiful city of Collinsville, Oklahoma. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Wanting to further challenge his clinical knowledge and competence, he attended Texas Tech University graduating May 2022 with a Doctor of Science in Physical Therapy.
Since 2011, Josh has kept his roots with Redbud Physical Therapy starting at the downtown Tulsa location for 3 years before opening the Collinsville clinic June 2, 2014. In 2015, he completed his Certified Orthopedist Manual Therapist (COMT) certification specializing in the spine.
Josh enjoys being involved in the community and appreciates Collinsville’s investment in the clinic. He is an active board member for APTA-Ok and works hard for the profession. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and five children, working on his cars, and hanging with friends and family

Amy Malone PT, MPT, ATC/L, OCS
Regional DirectorAmy Malone is the Regional Director for Redbud Physical Therapy. She is a native of Chicago, Illinois. Amy attended Ohio State University and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree. After attending Ohio State, she earned her Master’s of Science in Exercise Science from Syracuse. Upon graduation, she earned her Master’s of Physical Therapy degree from Governors State University in University Park, IL.
Continuing her education, Amy earned certifications in Trigger Point Dry Needling and is working towards her Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification through Herman and Wallace. Treating both men’s and women’s Pelvic Floor, Amy treats conditions involving pelvic and testicular pain, incontinence, constipation, overactive bladder, dyspareunia, prolapse and much more.
Amy is happy to now call Tulsa home and enjoys traveling to various clinics to treat patients. In her free time, her other interests include running, practicing yoga, and traveling around the globe.

Tony Morakot PT, DPT
Physical TherapistTony Morakot earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Langston University in 2015. Prior to that, Tony obtained his Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science from the University of Oklahoma along with commissioning as a United States Army Officer in 2010.
Tony has worked as a physical therapist primarily in an outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine setting, and has a passion in helping patients and athletes of all ages return to a healthier lifestyle and return to their sports/recreational activities. Tony excels at mentoring students and colleagues in regard to exercise prescription and manual therapy interventions to continue growing and sharing the knowledge of physical therapy.
Tony also serves as a Physical Therapist to the Oklahoma Army National Guard with deployments to Iraq and Kuwait, in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom from 2011-2012, along with overseas missions to Azerbaijan and India.
Tony resides in Bixby, OK with his wife, Anna, their daughter Emma Grace, and their son, Logan. Tony enjoys spending time with his family, watching his daughter cheer, watching his son play football, along with playing golf, watching sports, weightlifting and vacationing at the beach.

Courtney Plummer PT, DPT
Clinic DirectorCourtney Plummer earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center. Prior to that, Courtney obtained her Bachelor of Science in Health, Education, and Promotion from Oklahoma State University.
Courtney specializes in rodeo and basketball athletes and is most interested in treating sports and orthopedics.
Courtney enjoys strength training, cycling and running, roping and riding horses, drinking coffee, and reading in her free time.

Clinic DirectorTyler grew up in Claremore, Oklahoma, and moved to Collinsville, Oklahoma, in 2016. He graduated from Tulsa Community College’s Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) Program. With a passion for helping people return to sports and other recreational activities after injury, Tyler especially enjoys watching patients improve during their therapy. He is currently a member of the Oklahoma Physical Therapy Association (OPTA) and American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). Tyler married his high school sweetheart in August 2013. They enjoy trying new restaurants and spending time with friends. Tyler is involved in community service, especially in the sports community, and enjoys hunting and teaching his kids about the outdoors.
