Becca Beach, our certified lymphedema therapist (CLT) is specifically trained in complete decongestive therapy to treat lymphedema. She will evaluate you for range of motion and take measurements of the affected parts of your body, monitoring the vigorously during the course of treatment.

Meet the Staff
Becca was born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma. While in high school, Becca tore the anterior cruciate ligament in her knee the night before state pom competition, which resulted in an ACL reconstruction surgery and unfortunately, an ACL revision surgery the following year. Through this experience, Becca learned the importance of physical rehabilitation and decided to pursue a career in physical therapy.
Becca attended Texas Christian University, earning her Bachelor of Science in Movement Science with academic honors. She received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy degree with academic distinction from the University of Oklahoma. To further her education, she completed coursework to become a Certified Lymphedema Therapist through the Norton School of Lymphatic Therapy in 2019.
Her special interests include orthopedics, post-operative rehabilitation, manual therapy, and also complete decongestive therapy for patients with lymphedema. She has participated in numerous hands-on continuing education courses through the International Academy of Orthopedic Medicine and Evidence in Motion.
Becca and her husband, Jeremy, were married in 2014 and have two children, Hadley and Henry. In her spare time, Becca enjoys traveling, playing with her Airedale terrier, and spending time with her family. She is a proud TCU alumna and enjoys cheering on her Horned Frogs in any sport.
John Crank is a Redbud Regional Manager and Physical Therapist, and is currently treating at our Sand Springs clinic, where he is the Clinic Director.
Raised in Muskogee, Oklahoma, John received his Bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma State University (Go Pokes!) in Nutrition. He went on to graduate with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from University of Oklahoma Health Science Center in Tulsa.
John is a Board-Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) with additional certification in Trigger Point Dry Needling. He is an active member of the Oklahoma Physical Therapy Association and the American Physical Therapy Association. John is involved in the Tulsa running and triathlete community providing injury assessments and volunteering at races for post-race Physical Therapy.
John currently lives in Tulsa with his wife, Andrea, and daughter, Ava. When he’s not in the clinic, he enjoys traveling with his family, running, climbing, and grilling.
Will grew up in Jenks, Oklahoma, attending Jenks High School, where he played football. After graduating high school, he moved to Oklahoma City to attend Oklahoma State University (OSU) for general studies. During his first summer of college, Will sustained a lower back injury and had to complete physical therapy for his back. This is where he discovered his passion for physical therapy and decided to pursue it as a career path. He graduated from Tulsa Community College Physical Therapist Assistant Program.
Will takes special interest in orthopedics and sports therapy. His clinical education includes outpatient orthopedics, acute neuro rehabilitation, and inpatient rehabilitation. In his free time, he enjoys playing and watching sports, attending concerts, and spending time with friends and family. Will is an avid supporter of the Texas Longhorns.
Deena was born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma and graduated from Union High School in 2006. She then went on to receive her bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences at the University of Oklahoma in 2010. In the summer of 2011, Deena married her high school sweetheart and moved to Seattle, Washington where her husband, Andrew, was stationed for the Navy.
In Seattle, Deena went to Pima Medical Institute and graduated in 2013 with her Associates in Allied Health Science for the Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Deena practiced at Redbud Physical Therapy as a PTA from January 2014 through June of 2017.
Deena applied to and was accepted to the Doctor of Physical Therapy Program at South College in Knoxville, TN. Two years later in 2019 Deena graduated Cum Laude with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from South College and returned to her Redbud family. Deena is currently working towards her specialty as a Pelvic Rehabilitation Specialist. Deena is a member of the Oklahoma Physical Therapy Association (OPTA) and has served on the OPTA board as the Eastern District Chair from 2015-2017, Eastern District Membership Chair for 2018 through 2020 and now currently the OPTA board Secretary.
Outside of work, Deena is an avid long-distance runner and is a member of the HalfFanatics running club. She has run many marathons including the New York City Marathon. Deena and her husband enjoy all things outdoors, whether it is walking their dogs, camping, hiking, kayaking or road tripping to their next National Park adventure.
