Here's what our physical therapists say about working at Redbud:

Josh Kelley, PT, DPT, COMT

Collinsville Clinic Director

I work for Redbud Physical Therapy because of the happiness and safety I feel with my work family.  I’ve heard so many stories of other companies pushing their employees to improperly bill and provide poor patient care, but this company is completely different.  In a world where medical practices are run by business men and women, our company stands out as a physical therapist-owned practice with one goal in mind: provide accurate and loving care for our patients.  I feel I can come to the clinic and work with my patients every day and have fun with my patients each hour.  Although I do believe Redbud is lucky to have me as an employee, I feel I’m more lucky that I get to work for Redbud Physical Therapy every day.  The old saying “If you love what you do, you’ll never work a day in your life” is true as long as you love the company, and I’m happy to say I don’t think I’ve “worked” a day in six years.

I work for Redbud Physical Therapy because they have unlocked my highest potential as a physical therapist.  Redbud is incredibly education-focused, and with this comes multiple continuing education classes each year provided to each therapist.  The classes provide further understanding and comfort for diagnosis and management of orthopedic conditions.  It’s also very motivating to take these classes with multiple coworkers that hold you to the highest standards while learning new manual therapy techniques.  Of all the companies I researched before accepting this job, none of them provided the funds for continuing education nor the mentorship opportunities this company offered.  I could never replace the confidence these two benefits provided me for the first year of my practice, and I only hope I can provide the same benefit to our new and upcoming therapists.

Crystal Whisner, PT, DPT

Three words come to mind when asked why I work for Redbud Physical Therapy: Ethics, Value, and Family. I work for Redbud because of the efficient, effective, and ethical nature by which they practice and promote physical therapy. They value me as an employee and frequently contribute to my personal and professional development. They treat their employees like family and promote a family first culture. I am proud to be a member of the Redbud Physical Therapy team!
